We are able to help you with information on local amenities, transport links, local schools.  We will prepare a profile of what you are looking for and match this with properties as they become available.

We regret that we can only assist DSS claimants on certain properties, and this would be subject to you having a working guarantor.  Our tenancies are granted for a minimum of 6 months.

Viewings Arranged to Suit You

Viewings can be arranged at times to suit you, including weekends and evenings.  You will invariably be accompanied by a member of staff who will be able to offer advice and answer any questions you may have.  They will also have application forms with them.

Rents are usually quoted calendar monthly and are payable monthly in advance.  The tenant is also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs.  All rents are to be paid by standing order.

Peace of Mind with Our Deposit Protection Scheme

For your peace of mind, all of our managed properties are gas approved contractor certified and have Energy Performance Certificates.  All deposits taken will be registered in a Deposit Protection Scheme.
