We are delighted to offer our own in-house maintenance service to our Landlords or anyone requiring a property maintenance service, built on strong values of honesty, integrity and reliability.

The service is supported by Tabern Electrical and Property Maintenance, which has achieved the NICEIC certification. Accordingly we provide a comprehensive range of electrical services to meet the demands of the domestic and commercial sectors:

• Full electrical test, inspection and certification • Full or partial property re-wire • Extra sockets • Interior lighting • Outdoor lighting • Electrical supply to outbuildings • Consumer units (replace fusebox) • RCDs (protect yourself & appliances) • 3 phase • Data cabling

In addition to the core service of electrical work, we offer the following:

• Painting and decorating
• Plumbing and gas services by ‘Gas-Safe’ engineers
• Joinery, plastering and building services
• Gardening
• Cleaning services
• Roofing
• UPVC window service or replacement

All of the tradesmen carrying out work under our property support service are fully trained and qualified to national standards and are subject to regular checks to remain on the Tabern Electrical & Property Maintenance approved list.

All work will be fully quoted in advance and provided in writing. TE&PM offer this service as part of a full management package for Landlords or indeed for homeowners or private landlords wanting a service they can trust.
